Alumni All Over Texas Give President a Big “Howdy”
Alumni and Parent Programs hosted receptions with alumni in Austin, San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley this spring. At the receptions, President George E. Martin discussed the university’s vision to attain recognition as one of the best small universities in the country and its strategic priorities, including enrollment, academic programs and fundraising. He also talked about new facilities on campus like the John Brooks Williams Natural Sciences Center, which will open in the fall. Find out about other alumni events near you.

Spring Graduates Join Ranks of Alumni
Help welcome the spring graduates into the St. Edward’s Alumni Association at the May Graduation Party on campus on April 30, 2006. You can help by volunteering for the event. Send us an e-mail if you’d like to volunteer.

The Giving Countdown Draws Near
Alumni are supporting The St. Edward’s Fund in record numbers again this year, but we still need 941 more alumni to donate to reach the university’s goal of 15 percent participation by June 30. Because U.S News & World Report determines its rankings in part by the number of alumni who give each year, every gift from a St. Edward’s graduate — no matter how large or small — helps bring the university closer to a bump in the magazine’s rankings. Make a gift today to the university program that matters most to you. Thank you!
