Sandra Pacheco, is a native Texan born and raised in Houston. She received an undergraduate degree
from the University of Houston, an MS in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and a PhD in

Michael F. Larkin
Vice President for University Advancement
Michael F. Larkin returned to St. Edward’s in 2009 after serving as a fundraising consultant as well as the president of Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. During his previous tenure at St. Edward's (2003-2008) as vice president for University Advancement, Larkin managed a comprehensive campaign that raised $70.3 million and increased major giving by 400%. His more than 23 years of experience in educational fundraising includes service as associate vice president for Development and director of Campaign Resources at Fordham University in New York City, and vice presidencies at Saint Peter’s College in Jersey City, N.J., and Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, N.Y. Larkin holds a BA in Philosophy from Haverford College and an MS in Education from Fordham University.
David Waldron
Vice President for Information Technology
David Waldron joined St. Edward's in 2009 and has spent more than 20 years working in information technology within higher education. Prior to St. Edward’s, he served for five years as Chief Information Technology Officer at the College of Wooster. He has also served at Oberlin College and Baldwin-Wallace College. Over the course of his career he has held positions that carried a wide range of technical responsibilities. At St. Edward’s, Waldron is responsible for all aspects of information technology, including networking and telecommunications, administrative computing, instructional technology, and client support. He holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Computer Science from Cleveland State University and Baldwin-Wallace College, respectively. He also holds an MBA with specialization in Project Management from Ashland University.
Paige Booth
Vice President for Marketing and Enrollment Management
Paige Booth leads the university's integrated enrollment management effort as vice president of Marketing and Enrollment Management. In this role, she coordinates the resources of the offices of Undergraduate Admission, Student Financial Services and Marketing. In her prior role as vice president of Marketing, she more than doubled the size of the Marketing staff and expanded their services to include advertising, public relations, special events, university publications, e-marketing and internal communications. Before coming to St. Edward’s in 2000, Booth spent 15 years in marketing, advertising and communications in the corporate sector, with experience in the high-tech and banking industries and within advertising agencies. She holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
Robert Manzer
Vice President for Academic Affairs
Robert A. Manzer is tasked with growing academic programs and helping faculty achieve the university's academic goals. Along with his role as vice president for Academic Affairs at St. Edward's, he also serves as professor of Political Science in the School of Behavioral and Social Sciences.
Manzer received his doctorate in Political
Science from the University of Chicago in 1993 and has an extensive background in higher education
administration. He most recently served at Ohio Northern University as the dean in the Getty College of
Arts and Sciences.
