Section I of the Faculty Manual is designed to provide general information to present and prospective faculty members of St. Edward's University (SEU). It contains a collection of documents with which faculty members should familiarize themselves including:

•  Academic Governance
•  The Faculty Collegium

Section II of the Faculty Manual contains the approved policies, procedures and performance expectations for all regular contracted faculty members of St. Edward's University.

Every effort has been made to provide current and correct information. The university reserves the right to make exceptions to the terms and provisions of the Faculty Manual in appropriate circumstances.

As with any document of this complexity, modifications will be necessary to clarify intent and to respond to environmental growth and change. Updated hard copies of the Faculty Manual may be picked up in Acad04/02/2007urrent version can be found online.

The Faculty Manual is intended to be a living document with amendments made as needed. Previous versions of the Faculty Manual are superseded and are of no further force and effect. Employment under a previous version of the Faculty Manual confers no continuing rights.
