Why I Teach
Teaching is about making connections with students. To be effective, I have to be willing to take chances and experiment. Different types of classes have different learning styles and require unique approaches. So I’m always ready to try a new direction if my game plan isn't working.
I teach because I enjoy it, and I hope my students can tell. Teaching is a constant challenge — a never-ending process of discovery. I can't imagine myself in any other career.
