Why I Teach

Individual expression is vital to my teaching philosophy. In my classes, I create an environment that encourages students to discover their own expression and style. I also use examples of case studies and workplace experiences, which make the coursework more meaningful.

As a teacher, I want my students to relate to me as an individual. I see my role as a facilitator. I get great pleasure from helping students become thinkers and leaders, and seeing them make discoveries as a result of their own efforts.
