Why I Teach

I take a collaborative approach to teaching. It is my job to organize, be prepared, understand my subject matter in-depth and anticipate the needs of my students. It is their job to bring enthusiasm and commitment to the learning process.

Teaching is remarkably like the undertaking of producing photographs. There is work, discovery, growth, change and revelation. It is a gifted life. I also find great personal satisfaction in helping our students mature. I enjoy my part in their journey through college and beyond.
