Why I Teach
As a teacher, I provide an active learning environment for all of my students. During my classes, I ask many questions so students will begin to ask questions themselves that will lead to a greater understanding of the course material.
This is the foundation of my teaching approach. I guide my students through the discovery process that generates a new awareness of compelling ideas. This kind of thought-provoking exchange of questions and ideas creates an ideal environment for both the development of students as well as myself as the teacher.
