Why I Teach
In the classroom, I focus on how biology is important in everyday life. I challenge my students to think like scientists by having them read scientific literature and do research projects. I encourage them to ask questions and especially appreciate the ones I am not able to answer.
I believe that education is the most life-changing event that anyone can experience. I consider it a privilege to share the crucial undergraduate years of students at St. Edward’s and to play a small part in their education.
