Why I Teach
In the classroom, I see my role as one who facilitates the learning of individuals. I believe that students maintain the ultimate control over what they learn and how they develop. Within this kind of learning environment, a real, genuine adult relationship is established and informed by a mutual respect of working toward common goals.
I teach to learn about the human condition. My mission is to improve the human condition through honest exploration, critical thinking and expanded horizons.
