They came. They saw. They reconnected. More than 800 alumni, parents and their families returned to the hilltop for Homecoming Weekend, Feb. 9–11, 2007. In addition to the annual basketball doubleheader and pre-game tailgate party, alumni showed their school spirit at numerous events.

Golden Guard Luncheon:
50 Years Later, Alumni Still Look to the Future

During Homecoming, members of the class of ’57 were inducted into the Golden Guard, a special society that recognizes alumni who are celebrating their 50-year class reunion. While they celebrated the past, the inductees also looked to the future, presenting the university with a gift to help ensure that tomorrow’s students flourish.
