Key Courses in Supplemental Instruction (KCSI)
What is the KCSI Program?
Through the financial support of Texas Guarantee (TG), Academic Enrichment & Tutoring Services is proud to announce Key Courses in Supplemental Instruction. This grant funded program will provide students with academic support in two areas of the St. Edward’s degree plan, American Dilemmas and Math. It will also provide the opportunity for student leaders to serve in the role of KCSI Leaders.
How can students be involved?
Key Course Supplemental Instruction (KCSI) Leaders are employed by Academic Enrichment & Tutoring Services to provide supplemental instruction for sections of American Dilemmas and Math courses. These subjects have been identified as key courses in which students would especially benefit from the Supplemental Instruction model. As KCSI leaders, students will have the unique opportunity to assume an academic leadership role within the St. Edward’s community, collaborate with faculty on a regular basis, and gain professional experience in the field of higher education.
