General Requirements

  • Cumulative GPA: 3.0
  • Subject GPA: 3.25
  • Course Grade: A
  • Applicants must currently be a student at St. Edward’s University and a student during the time the position would be held.
  • Applicants must have been a student at St. Edward’s University for at least a year at the start date of the position.
  • Applicants must have taken the course for which they would like to tutor or be an SI leader at St. Edward’s University.
  • Please read the position descriptions and applications for further requirements.

How To Apply

The applications are below. Please click on the link to download and complete.  Be sure to read through the job descriptions and requirements to make sure you qualify.  Students may apply for both positions, and will need to fill out both applications.  However, students will only be offered one position if selected.

All applications must be typewritten and submitted through email to AETS. (Please see the individual application for the appropriate email address).  The deadline is Noon on November 13—no exceptions. Late and/or handwritten applications will not be considered.

Application Process Timeline

11/2 Applications open
11/13 Applications are due to AETS by Noon
11/16 Applicants are notified through email of an interview
11/20 Applicants must sign up for an interview by 2:00 PM
11/30 Interviews begin
12/4 Interviews end
12/5 Positions are offered through email
12/9 Students must confirm acceptance through email to direct supervisor by 5:00 PM
1/8 Training (Mandatory; 8 AM to 5 PM, location TBD)
