All application materials due for ISEP Exchange programs for spring 2009

Study Abroad Fair:
Ragsdale Lobby, 11am - 2pm

Wednesday, October 22nd
Intent to Study Abroad form due for all students planning to study abroad in the spring of 2009

Wednesday, November 12th
Pre-Departure Orientation:
Location TBA, 7pm

Friday, November 14th
Students receiving financial aid must have discussed payment options with Student Financial Services.

Monday – Friday, November 17-21st
International Education Week

Friday, December 5th
Pre-Departure Orientation Make-Up Session
Location TBA, 2 – 5pm

Friday, December 5th
Students must have:
-Submitted a Course Approval Form to the OIE
-Attended one session of Pre-Departure Orientation
-Finalized financial arrangements for their chosen program
-Registered for the SABR marker course
