Fuentes gains Heartland award for third-straight week
DALLAS, Texas - St. Edward's senior David Fuentes was named Heartland Conference Men's Runner of the Week by the conference office for the third-straight week.
Fuentes continues to impress, finishing second at Oklahoma State's Cowboy Jamboree with a time of 25:19. The Boerne, Texas native has two victories, two second-place finishes, and a seventh-place finish (Texas A&M Invitational).
The Hilltoppers will be back in action Oct. 18th at the Heartland Conference Championship. The race will take place at 9 a.m. in Dallas, Texas, and will be hosted by Dallas Baptist.
