Lost or Stolen Card
Report a stolen/lost card immediately online or call 448-8601 to suspend activity on your card during regular business hours. DO NOT report a lost or stolen card via e-mail.
Once a card is suspended you must bring your card to the Card Office to have it reactivated.
There is a $10 replacement card fee. Payment must be made by cash, check, credit card or Topper Tender.
Q. I found a Hilltopper ID Card, what should I do?
A. All cards should be returned to the Hilltopper Card Office, Main Building 212. We appreciate your promptness in returning all lost cards.
