Replacement Cards
Lost or stolen card are reissued for $10.
This applies to lost, stolen and damaged cards. The fee is waived for the replacement of a malfunctioning or damaged card (normal wear and tear).
Deliberately damaged cards that have been hole punched, cracked or broken will be assessed the fee.
The $10 fee is waived for classification changes student to faculty/staff.
All card replacements are issued in the Card Office during regular business hours.
Q. Can I change the name on my card?
A. It is the policy of the Office of the Registrar at St. Edward's University not to change the official name on academic records for current students without
- a marriage license with the new name specified
- a divorce decree specifically stating that the student's married name revert to the name used prior to the marriage and identifying the name, or
- a court order specifying a name change and identifying the new legal name of the individual.
If, upon entry to the university, the student's name is determined to be incorrect, the name will be changed to the student's legal name.
University employees need to go thru the Office of Human Resources.
There is a $10 fee. The fee will be waived if you turn in your old card. |
