The Information/Reservation Desk on the main level
is the central point of information for guests of
the Ragsdale Center. Guests of the Ragsdale Center
visit the Information/ Reservation Desk for the following
services:
- Managers' Offices
- Reservations
- Room Access
- A/V Equipment Requests
- Posting
- Lost and Found
- A/V Equipment Requests
- Game Room Equipment
- Registration for Event Set-Up

All requests for reservation of space and audio/visual
equipment in the Ragsdale Center must be made through
the Information Desk. Each reservation must have one
individual designated as the contact for all communications
regarding the reservation. This designated person
will also assume responsibility for the condition
of the space after the event. Inquiries about the
availablility of space for regularly scheduled meetings
or special events can be made by phone. After the
request has been reviewed and all necessary information
is confirmed, a Ragsdale Center Manager will confirm
your reservation by phone or email.
University events and meetings will receive priority
for space reservations in the Ragsdale Center. Reservations
are granted on a first come, first served basis, and
should be made well in advance of the event in order
to ensure space availablility.

St. Edward's also offers lodging and meals for conference
groups. Meeting rooms and dining services are available
year round. Lodging in residence halls or apartments
is available during the summer months only, and is
limited to not-for-profit groups.
