supervisors, counselors, mediators, managers, and administrators

produce the most important, although often intangible,
products: solutions to human problems. Whether governmental
agency or volunteer organization, each must have trained
supervisors, managers, and administrators.
Master of Business
Administration
The MBA program prepares mid-level managers to lead
their organizations by utilizing the latest management
tools and techniques. Unlike traditional MBA programs,
the typical St. Edward's MBA student has approximately
five years of business experience in the public, private,
for-profit and/or non-profit sectors. Because the program
is designed for working adults, the curriculum incorporates
a case-based and project-oriented approach. Students
are taught the essentials of management theory and techniques
in addition to developing life-long learning skills
that will enable them to effectively respond to the
dynamic workplaces in which they participate.
