Organization Development and Training
The Organization Development and Training concentration stresses knowledge and skill development in training, facilitation and process improvement. In addition to the study of change and human resource development, the program covers conflict, ethics, and action technologies.
In addition to the core courses (18 hours), students in this concentration must successfully complete four organization development and training required courses (12 hours) and two electives with a GPA of 3.0 or above for the degree.

Certificate in Organization Development and Training
A student may earn the Certificate in Organization Development and Training by completing the following six courses (18 hours) with a GPA of 3.0 or above and no grade below a B.
