Everyday Fitness: Options: For Students, Faculty and Staff

Fitness and flexibility for individuals.
Clear your mind, decompress after a tough day or energize before heading to class or the office. You can leverage a variety of fitness options that will help you get healthy.

Don’t worry if you haven’t used fitness equipment before — our trained fitness center staff members will demonstrate the proper use of the machines.

Fitness Courses for Credit
For a structured program that lets you earn credit while you sweat, explore the Kinesiology program classes, which include weight lifting, swimming, racquetball and more.
