Doyle Hall Goes Green
A new era has begun for 49-year-old Doyle Hall, formerly one of the oldest residence halls at St. Edward's University. Recently completed renovations to Doyle resulted in a new two-story addition that visually links to neighboring Premont Hall, three new classrooms, 50 faculty offices, a revamped psychology lab, a new shaded outdoor walkway and a coffee shop. The facility houses the School of Behavioral and Social Sciences, the Offices of Human Resources and Auxiliary Services.
The preservation of Doyle Hall not only secures its place in our campus history. It honors our commitment to environmental stewardship — a tenet of our Holy Cross heritage. Sustainable design principles are at play throughout the renovation.
