Parking Garage Now Included With Annual Parking Permit
As a result of your feedback, members of the St. Edward's University community who have an annual parking permit now have access to the garage with no additional daily fee.
To enter and exit the garage, you must have:
- A valid annual parking permit sticker
- A current Hilltopper ID

To make the garage accessible to all permit holders, the annual parking fee will increase over the next two years beginning July 1, 2008.

Tips for using the parking garage
- You must have a valid annual parking permit
- You must use the same Hilltopper ID to enter and exit
- When using a credit card, you will be charged $6 each time you exit
- Credit card receipts may be obtained when you exit
- If you need assistance, the intercom (at each entrance) connects directly to University Police
No Parking Permit?
If you have not purchased an annual parking permit, you can pay by credit card or use Topper Tender to pay the $6 daily fee. View parking regulations.
Visitor Parking
The visitor parking lot adjacent to the Robert and Pearle Ragsdale Center is always free to visitors. Parking in the garage is an alternative for visitors when other lots may be full. Visitors may use the parking garage for a $6 daily fee, payable by credit card.

First Level of Parking Garage Temporarily Closed
The glass for the new residence and dining hall complex — Edmund Hunt Hall, Lady Bird Johnson Hall and Le Mans Hall — will be fabricated on the first level of the parking garage beginning Monday, Aug. 25. This production will last through mid-November.
During this time, please park your vehicle on the second, third or fourth level of the garage. Enter the parking garage from Moody Drive and continue straight up the ramp to one of the levels. To exit, continue down the ramp to Moody Drive. |
