Dining Services provides a full range of services from coffee breaks to buffet meals and catering. Our talented ARAMARK chef can prepare a wide variety of meals. Our Dining Services director welcomes menu requests and readily works with special dietary requirements. We have two dining areas on campus, both located in the Ragsdale Center: South Congress Market, where most summer groups eat their daily meals, and Meadows Coffeehouse, which provides specialty coffees and a full grill menu.

We also have a full-service catering department, which can provide any of the following:

• Plated or buffet banquets
• Boxed lunches to go
• Coffee breaks
• Snacks
• Pizza delivery
• Cookout on the grill (located outside)
• Link to menu

The Quick Dip is also open to conference participants, and is a great place to grab a snack or beverage. The Quick Dip summer hours are: Monday – Thursday 9 a.m.–7 p.m., Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Meal payment options
Counselor meal cards can be provided for younger campers who are supervised in groups. Individual meal cards can be issued to conference participants so they can pay for their meals at their own convenience.
