While on campus, what do I do if I need
assistance after hours or have an emergency?
All summer conferences are assigned at least one guest relations
assistant. The assistant is your liaison and is responsible for
taking care of your group’s needs. If there is an emergency,
the liaison will contact University Police and they will contact
local authorities if necessary.
Do my camp or conference participants
have to walk long distances or cross any major traffic areas to
get to meeting, dining, housing or athletic facilities?
No, conveniently located in the center of campus, meeting and
dining services are located within a short walking distance of
all residence halls and athletic facilities and participants do
not have to cross any major traffic areas. In addition, all facilities
on campus are handicap/wheelchair-accessible and meet all ADA
regulations.
Is there parking on campus for my camp?
Yes, during the summer, ample parking is available in lots adjacent
to your assigned residence halls. The Conference Services staff
will make all necessary arrangements should you have guests that
need on-campus parking.
What are my options for dining services?

and needs, the athletic facility, which includes a fitness center
and swimming pool, can also be made available to your group. Downtown
