Values Assessment

Clarifying your values is a very important part of self-assessment. Values are your priorities in any work setting. For example, is it more important to you to make a lot of money, or to help people/society, or to be able to travel. Values assessments allow you to rank your priorities. You will probably not be happy in a job or career that does not match your highest ranked values: a person who wants to make a LOT of money will not find fulfillment working for low pay in a non-profit organization.
