Each prospective student should have a deficiency
plan produced to delineate the specific requirements that
must be fulfilled to obtain certification. Requests for
a deficiency plan should be made to the Associate Dean of
Education, HCH 102.
The following information
is required to produce a deficiency plan:
A cover letter with the prospective student's name,
address, phone number,and the nature of the desired certification
(i.e. all-level art, secondary math, elementary).
Photocopies of all official college transcripts.
Photocopies of THEA Test results (if available).
Photocopy of any teacher certificates (if applicable).
