Graduation Tips for Your Senior
With graduation right around the corner, your son or daughter is feeling both the excitement of completing his or her college career and the anxiety of wrapping up studies. Keep your student on track during senior year with the graduation checklist from the Office of the Registrar. It lists key to-do items that need attention before graduation. Thereís also a complete listing of specific dates and times for commencement practice, baccalaureate service and other key events.
Also, encourage your senior to make an appointment with the Career Planning and Experiential Learning Office. Career planning professionals there can help prepare your senior for the workplace. There's a lot to take advantage of including:

Your senior will receive invitations to many end-of-year graduation events and parties sponsored by the university. Itís a special time for your senior, and thereís no better reason to celebrate.
Staying Connected, Giving Back
Just because your Topper is leaving the hilltop doesn't mean he or she can't stay connected. The St. Edward's University Alumni Association supports the more than 22,000 alumni through special events and alumni chapters.
