Introducing Parent and Guest Access
Have you heard about Parent and Guest Access? This is a way for you to help your student successfully manage the responsibilities of being a college student and keep up with his or her progress — more than 150 parents have already signed up.
Because parents can’t access student records under federal law without their student’s permission, your child must give you access. Students can grant permission by updating their Parent and Guest Access record after logging into EdWeb.
Once your student has completed authorization, you can view information like:
- grades
- registered courses
- corresponding fees
- financial assistance updates
- Topper Tender balances
- and outstanding financial assistance documents
You can also make credit card payments to the university — to cover semester charges as well as Topper Tender.
Note that you will only be able to view the information your student designates and that St. Edward’s can’t legally modify or cancel authorizations created by students — only students can modify their accounts.
For tuition deadlines and payment options, e-mail Student Financial Services.
