Latest Campus Projects Add Convenience
and Comfort

A virtual tour of the new residence hall at St. Edward’s just might make you wish you were back in college.
The 119,000 square-foot residence hall, scheduled to open Spring 2009, evokes a sense of urban living in the heart of campus. Designed by Chilean architect Alejandro Aravena, a host of amenities on the main level will invite students to meet, mingle and study. Feature-rich living areas will house 300+ students. Highlights of the new building include:
- A dining facility, convenience store and coffee house
- Laundry room, activity rooms and computer labs on each floor
- Dynamic architectural accents, such as a pedestrian-friendly breezeway and multi-colored glass walls
Pedestrian-Friendly Parking
A recently opened garage just minutes from the heart of campus has made parking more convenient than ever. Located east of Diane Daniels Field, the parking garage allows St. Edward’s to maintain enough spaces for our growing campus community while preserving green space and keeping the heart of campus pedestrian-friendly.
Plus, your student pays only $2 per day when he or she uses Topper Tender (and has a valid university parking permit).
