St. Edward’s Rises in U.S. News Rankings
For five consecutive years, St. Edward’s has been ranked by U.S. News & World Report among the top 25 master’s-granting institutions in the West. In August, the university learned that it rose to 20th in the latest edition of “America’s Best Colleges.”
Attributed to the rise are several factors, including:
- Improved SAT scores, with an average of 1130 for this year’s freshmen class
- More freshmen students graduating in the top 25% of their high school classes
- Higher student satisfaction, evidenced by an anticipated 85.8% retention rate among Fall 2007 freshmen
These achievements will benefit your student today — and tomorrow — as the value of a St. Edward’s University degree continues to increase, making our graduates even more attractive to employers.
