Homecoming and Parents Weekend is always an exciting time on the hilltop. In 2010, it promises to be even more special as we kick off the 125th anniversary of St. Edward’s University.

“We’re looking forward to our biggest Homecoming ever during this anniversary weekend,� says Assistant Dean of Students Connie Rey Rodriguez ’04, MAHS ’06. �It’s a perfect time for parents to visit their students and help celebrate the history and future of St. Edward’s.”

Plan now to join your student for Homecoming and Parents Weekend 2010. Cheer on the Hilltoppers, tour campus, meet alumni, professors and other Hilltopper families — and enjoy events for the entire university community.

Homecoming 2010 Highlights:

• Hear the latest campus news from President George E. Martin and take part in the kick-off celebration of 125 years of St. Edward’s.
• Explore the hilltop. Take a leisurely tour and learn about the rich history of St. Edward’s.
• Gather with other families and friends for a tailgate party — with live music, kids’ activities, Texas barbecue and fun with the university’s mascot Topper. Then show your Hilltopper spirit at the men’s and women’s basketball games.
• Enjoy Sunday Mass and a brunch honoring the Holy Cross Brothers.
