  • Learn More About the MA in Counseling at St. Edward's
    Tuesday, July 8, 6:00pm-8:00pm at Main Building, Maloney Room

    These small group sessions are typically held in the evening, and serve as an introduction to St. Edward's, our MA in Counseling program design, the practicum and licensure process, as well as strategies to put your best foot forward in the application process.

  • New Undergraduate Student Orientation - Freshman Session 4
    Thursday, July 10, 8:00am-Friday, July 11, 4:00pm

    Incoming freshman students and their respective families and friends will be on campus Thursday, July 10, and Friday, July 11, to get acquainted with the university and all of its resources. Please welcome the newest Hilltoppers to our community. If you see any lost parents or students, please direct them to one of the Orientation staff members who will be able to assist them.

    New Incoming students will participate in the "First 4 Experience", a challenge that educates them about important happenings in the first 4 weeks of the new school year. They will then be matched with 4 organizations that best fit their personal interests. This event is key in their mission to "take on their world".

  • C-CERT
    Thursday, July 17, 12:00pm-1:30pm at Robert and Pearle Ragsdale Center, Mabee Ballroom A

    C-CERT required training for those who have the Emergency Backpacks, will be held on July 17th from 12:00-1:30 P.M. in the Mabee A ballroom. Sgt. Garcia from University Police Department will hold the training. If you have a Backpack but have not had C-CERT training, please return your backpacks to Jesus Garza in UPD ASAP. If you have had C-CERT training and have a backpack please attend this training with your backpack. 

  • Admission & College Counseling Institute
    Monday, July 21, 8:00am-Thursday, July 24, 5:00pm at Robert and Pearle Ragsdale Center, Mabee Ballroom

    St. Edward's University will host the Admission & College Counseling Institute from Monday, July 21 through Thursday, July 24.  The Admission Office is coordinating the event in partnership with the Texas Association of College Admission Counseling (TACAC).  We are pleased to welcome 140 high school college counselors, college admission counselors and institute faculty from across the country.  Since the institute attendees will reside on campus during the program, this will be an exceptional opportunity to showcase the University.  As you see them walking around campus, feel free to introduce yourself and warmly welcome them to the Hilltop.
