  • Photo Exhibition in Andre Hall Humanities Gallery

Monday, May 11, 8:00am-Monday, August 31, 5:00pm at Andre Hall

An exhibition of photographs from last summer's Documentary Photography and Global Studies in Thailand program will be on view at the Andre Hall Humanities Gallery from February 17 through Summer 2015.
Photographers were asked to find particular aspects of culture, place, and time that they felt would add to a larger project descriptive of the small communities and people encountered in Southern Thailand.  Students were tasked with keeping in mind how visual and paired written descriptions illustrating their chosen subjects could lead viewers to consider Thailand's position in the larger global community.
