The Office of the Registrar is the best place for the authoritive listing of key dates and deadlines (Fall 2007), including the Academic Calendars (Undergraduate for '07-'08).
Course Schedules

Finding Forms
The Office of the Registrar maintains a list of links to many of the forms students need, such as Audit Course, Late Add, Transcript Request.
Overload Requests (which includes Closed Courses, Over-Limit, or Late Add Authorization) are specific to each school and in some cases program or requirement. Most do not have an online form; contact information is provided.
