Matching Gifts
Many employers will match an employee's donation to a given institution or charity. Policies on matching gifts vary depending on the employer. Some companies match employees' gifts as much as three to one. If your employer does match gifts, please complete this section of the form. The employee initiates the matching gift from the employer by contacting the company's human resources department, which provides a form that the employee sends back to the university.
