Create-a-Show "Showbiz" Camp
A weeklong camp introducing students to theater performance through creative play, improv games, movement and storytelling. Campers will learn theater fundamentals in a fun, imaginativeandperformance-based environment. The camp culminates with a showcase for family and friends.

Beginning Guitar and Piano Camps
A weeklong camp for students with little or no experience to get them started on guitar, piano or both. Classes are taught by experienced instructors who demonstrate the joy and fun that can be achieved by learning how to play these wonderful instruments.

Shakespeare on the Hill
The ninth annual summer workshop for middle and high school students is one of our most popular camps. For the Half-Day Workshop, the morning session deals with text analysis, voice and diction, theater history, stage combat, physical acting and much more. For the Full-Day Workshop, the afternoon session focuses on the performances of scenes from a selected Shakespearean play, which will be performed at the end of the workshop.

Create-the-Music Camps
Back by popular demand, this camp teaches students the basics of music — from learning to read and listening to creating and performing their own songs.

Spotlight on Opera Workshop
Always wanted to be in the spotlight? Here’s your chance. You’ll not only star in your own fully-staged opera scenes, but also sing a role in a complete one-act opera performed with piano. Hone your performance skills while receiving coaching and direction from professional performers, voice teachers, pianists and directors.
Requirements: Must be able to read music and arrive at the workshop with assigned roles fully learned and memorized. Assignments are made by audition. Singers are responsible for obtaining their own musical scores.
Auditions: Saturday, May 24, at St. Edward’s University. Singers must provide a résumé, bio and headshot for consideration; they also must present two contrasting opera arias with at least one in French, Italian, German, Russian or Czech. A pianist will be provided.

Broadway-Bound Musical Theater Workshop
This fast-paced week of singing, acting and dancing is sure to have your young performer motivated to learn about the wonderful world of musical theater.

All-State Choral Music Workshop
A three-day crash course to help Austin area high school choral singers learn music in preparation for the upcoming Texas Music Educators Association All-State Choir auditions in the fall.
