Campus Store:
The Bookstore is located in Fondren Hall. It is open weekdays 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Wednesdays open until 7:00 p.m.) and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Special extended hours are available at the beginning of each semester. Call x8575 (448-8575) for information on hours.

The Quick Dip, the convenience store adjacent to the Bookstore, entrance is located on the west end of Fondren Hall and is open from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, until 5:00 p.m. on Fridays, and 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The Quick Dip carries a wide variety of cold drinks, snacks, candy, and microwavable food, as well as toiletries and some school suppies. It's also available to pick up textbooks after bookstore hours.

In addition to textbooks, the Bookstore carries a wide variety of office and school supplies, snacks, and gift items. Employees may cash personal checks up to $50 per day. The Bookstore also serves as the centralized purchasing operation for the university and may special order items for specific departmental needs or place individual special orders. Direct Deposit of Paychecks:
Paychecks can be directly deposited in most banks and savings and loans. Employees on direct deposit save time and effort and have their pay available at the opening of business on payday. Call x8587 (448-8587) for more information.

Employee Identification Card:
Employee Identification Cards are issued by Auxiliary Services and entitle the holder to access many campus services. They can be reached by calling x8601 (448-8601).

Food Service:
The university partners with Bon Appetit to provide dining services for the St. Edward's community. Dining plans are available to students, faculty, and staff through the Auxiliary Services Office. For more information, see the Auxiliary Services page of SEU's web site.

Mary Moody Northen Theatre:
The Theatre, located on campus, provides live stage productions to which all are invited. Discounts are available on season and individual performance tickets for employees and their families. Group rates are also available. Call the Theatre, x8487 (448-8487), for more information.

Parking:
Employees must obtain a parking permit from the University Police Department which is located in Holy Cross Hall G13. Staff parking permits are for designated areas only. Each employee will be provided with a parking map that indicates the location of these designated areas. Call x8444 (448-8444), for more information.

Post Office:
The Post Office is located in the Main Building, ground floor, west end (MB G8). It is open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. In addition to on/off campus mail distribution, the Post Office can weigh packages and sell stamps. Call x8588 (448-8588) for more information.

Recreation/Convocation Center (RCC):
The RCC provides students, faculty, and staff with first-rate athletic facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, basketball court, and racquetball/handball courts. Dependents may not have access to all employee resources. Call x8480 (448-8480) for information about available resources and hours of operation.

Scarborough-Phillips Library:
The Library is available for use by all employees. No deposit is required; however, an employee ID card is necessary to check out library materials. An open-stack policy provides the opportunity for personal selection and leisurely browsing through the entire collection of over 140,000 volumes. University Chapel:
Weekday Mass is held at noon in Our Lady, Queen of Peace Chapel on the St. Edward's campus. The Campus Ministry Office is located in Mang House. Call x8441 (448-8441) for more information.
