| Employees who are called for
Jury Duty or subpoenaed as a witness in a case to which
they are not a party will be granted leave with pay for
a maximum of ten days. A copy of the subpoena and/or a statement
from the court showing the date(s) the employee served may
be requested to support the timesheet on which the absence
is reflected. If requested documentation is not provided,
the time missed will be charged to annual leave, if available,
or leave without pay. |
