| All regular employees are
eligible to enroll in $20,000 of term life and $20,000 of
AD&D. This benefit is provided to the employee at no
cost.
Interested employees should contact the Office of Human
Resources within their first month of eligibility for more
information. Failure to enroll in a timely fashion may result
in the need to prove good health and the possibility of
being denied coverage.
