Maria Luisa Echavarria is a graduate of Reading University in Reading, England and the Università di Perugia in Perugia , Italy where she studied Italian Studies (B.A.). Ms Echavarria also has degrees in Economics (B.A) and Public Administration (MPA) and has lived and worked and traveled extensively in Italy. She is a native speaker of Spanish and is also fluent in French.
