| Orientation-Period Employees may be considered
for a salary increase no earlier than the first of the month
following the completion of three months of regular employment
if:
1. The starting salary was below the maximum of the hiring
range for their position; and
2. Job performance has been satisfactory.
The maximum pay increase is to the top of the hiring range
for that position.
Established Employees are generally considered for
pay adjustments effective July 1, as a part of the Board
of Trustees' annual budget approval. The actual salary received
by any one employee may be impacted by a variety of factors,
including position in salary range, performance, and available
funds.
