Admin Account Request Form - Use this form to request an admin.stedwards.edu account and/or Oracle Calendar account for student workers, to request access to CARS/Jenzabar-CX, to request Oracle Calendar accounts for adjunct faculty and to request access to specific web enabled functions under EdWeb for Faculty/Advisors.

Admin Account Request for Non-SEU Employee Form

Guest Account Request Form
Guest accounts must be sponsored by a university employee. Fill out a Guest Account Request Form and return via campus mail to Computer Services, CM Box 1025.

Guest accounts are granted for one year. At the end of that time a new Guest Account Request Form must be submitted to renew the account.

E-mail account on stedwards.edu
Login access from public workstations
Access to Dial-in modem access to the internet

SQL and ACE Report Access Form

Request For Direct Report Access - Direct access to user written reporting on the Administrative Database is restricted to those users who have a specific need for running user developed SQL or ACE reports. Use this form if you need to run SQL reports or user generated ACE reports.
