Creating a Announcement

  1. Click on the Control Panel
  2. Under course tools select Announcements
  3. Then click the add announcement button
  4. Click in the subject field to add a title for the announcement
  5. You can make the announcement permanent by selecting yes.
  6. You can control when the announcement is available and can be viewed by your students. Simply adjusting the display after / until settings.
  7. A course link can be added to the announcement, just click browse.
  8. Checking the e-mail this announcement box will immediately send an e-mail to all course users.
  9. Click Submit
