Adding an Event
Adding an Event
An event takes up an entire day (such as a birthday or anniversary), but does not cause conflicts with meetings or appointments. An event does not appear in the time slot area of the agenda.
- Click on the New Day Event button
on the toolbar. The pop-up box that appears is similar to the pop-up box for adding an Agenda item. - Type a name for the event in the Title text box.
- The rest of the steps are identical to the ones for adding an agenda item. Fill in the necessary information in the People/Resources, Details and Reminders tabs.
- When you have finished adding a new day event, click OK.
- Click OK to complete the process.
