Opening Your Calendar
Oracle Calendar allows you to keep track of your own activities as well as the activities of a group. You can make appointments, plan group meetings, manage group resources such as conference rooms, and manage another person’s agenda through designate rights.
Opening Your Calendar
- Click the Start button, trace to Programs and select Corporate Time. A Sign-In dialog box will appear.


- Enter your User Name: Your user name is the same as the one listed in the CARS database which includes your first name and last name or your St. Edward’s login name.
- Enter your Password: Your password will be the same as your admin password (the password you use for St. Edward's email and logging into the SEU EdShare network). When you change your admin password, your password for Corporate Time Calendar will automatically change, after 1 hour, to match that password.
- Enter the server name in the Connect to: text box. The server name is calendarserver.stedwards.edu.
- If it is your first time connecting, click the other button.

- In the Connection Manager dialog box, click the New button.

- In the Connection Editor dialog box, type in calendarserver.stedwards.edu for the Connection Name and the Server. Click the Lookup button.

- Click OK to accept the changes and close the Connection Editor dialog box. This will return you to the Connection Manager dialog box. Select calendarserver.stedwards.edu from the list and click the Make Default button.
- When finished, click Sign-in.
- The first time you log into Oracle Calendar you will be prompted to create an Offline Agenda. Click Yes if you wish to use the Address Book or if you wish to access your agenda even when you are not connected to the network (if you have a laptop, for example).

- Locate your Applications folder within your hard drive. Navigate to Oracle Calendar 10.0.4, when clicked a Sign-In dialog box will appear.

- Enter your Password: Your password will be the same as your admin password (the password you use for St. Edward's email and logging into EdWeb). When you change your admin password, your password for Oracle Calendar will automatically change to match that password.
- Enter the server name in the Connect to: text box. The server name is calendarserver.stedwards.edu.
If it is your first time connecting, click the Other button
. In the Connection Manager dialog box, click the New button. In the Connection Editor dialog box, type in calendarserver.stedwards.edu for the Connection Name and the Server. Click the Lookup button and then click OK to accept the changes and close the Connection Editor dialog box. 
- This will return you to the Connection Manager dialog box. Select calendarserver.stedwards.edu from the list and click the Make Default button.
- When finished, click Sign-in.
