Technical Services
IT Technical Services offers high level technical troubleshooting for computer hardware and software on both PC and Macintosh systems. Technical Services handles calls in the order they are received by the Computer Help Desk (448-8443).
Technical Services is directly responsible for:
- Installation of New Desktops and Portables
- Standardized Computer Imaging
- Data Backup, Recovery, and Restoration
- Hardware Support
- Software Installation, Troubleshooting, and Repair
- Computer Upgrades and Peripherals
- HP LaserJet and DeskJet Printer Installation, Troubleshooting, and Repair
- Recycling and Disposal of Old Computer Equipment
- Refurbishing and Reallocating of Campus Equipment
- Installation and support of Smart Phone Technology

- Dell Premier Access Certified Technicians
- Macintosh Certified
