Online Surveys

Instructional Technology can help you with your online survey needs. We offer assistance with designing your survey, online delivery and assessment of the results. Currently we support two types of online surveys.

Blackboard Surveys

Anonymous surveys may be delivered within a Blackboard course. A variety of question types are available, and the results may be automatically tallied for closed-ended questions.

Qualtrics Surveys and Evaluations

Qualtrics is available to any SEU Faculty, Staff, or Student who have a need of conducting online surveys or evaluations.

Some of the features that Qualtrics offers are:

An intuitive graphic interface with over 86 ways to ask a question with point and click editing
A survey library with hundreds of survey examples and questions for you to copy and use
Ability to translate surveys and send them to recipients in their native language
Ability to control the survey flow (e.g. skip/display logic, branch respondents, randomize questions)
Ability to collaborate on survey creation with other members of the SEU community
Ability to share results internally
Ability to customize your own reports and to export data to different formats including SPSS
