Changing Your Phone Number or Carrier for Receiving Messages

  1. Use any web browser to go to https://www.getrave.com/login/stedwards.
  2. Enter your St. Edward's University login and password and click on Login.
  3. Click on the My Account tab.
  4. To change your cell phone number or carrier click on the Edit link to the right of Mobile Contacts.
  5. You can edit your existing number or carrier, test your existing number or delete your existing number. If you want to add a second cell phone number click on Add New Contact.
  6. Click on Edit to change your phone number or carrier.
  7. Change your cell phone number and/or carrier.
  8. Click on Continue.
  9. Confirm or change your carrier and click on Continue.
  10. A confirmation code will be sent to your cell phone. Enter that code and click on Continue.

    If you do not receive the confirmation code confirm the number and make any changes by clicking on the link "Click here to modify". You can resent the confirmation code by clicking on "Resend Confirmation Code".
  11. Click on Done to finish the update of your mobile phone number.

Adding a Second Mobile Phone Number for Receiving Messages

Rave Wireless can send text messages to multiple phones. Broadcast messages may only be sent to your Primary phone. This phone will be the first one you enter and will have a (1) next to it in your list of mobile contacts.

  1.   Use any web browser to go to https://www.getrave.com/login/stedwards.
  2.   Enter your St. Edward's University login and password and click on Login.
  3.   Click on the My Account tab.
  4.   Click on the Edit link to the right of Mobile Contacts.
  5.   Click on Add New Contact.
  6.   Enter your 10 digit mobile phone number and click on Continue.
  7.   Confirm your Carrier and click on Continue.
  8.   Click on Done to complete.
  9.   If you want to test this phone, click on Test to have a 4 digit confirmation code sent to this phone.

Adding a Second E-mail Address for Receiving Messages.

Rave Wireless can send e-mail messages to multiple addresses. Broadcast messages may only be sent to your school or Primary e-mail address.

  1.   Use any web browser to go to https://www.getrave.com/login/stedwards.
  2.   Enter your St. Edward's University login and password and click on Login.
  3.   Click on the My Account tab.
  4.   Click on the Add New E-Mail button.
  5.   Enter your Preferred e-mail address and click on Save.
