Posting toTopperText via the Web

You must be a Channel Administrator or Channel Contributor to post to a channel.

1. Log into TopperText.
2. Click on My Channels.
3. Click on Post Message.
4. Enter your message and click on Post.

Posting from Your Phone

There are a couple of ways to send a channel a message from your phone.  All channels are set up differently. If you're a channel administrator, or a contributor to a channel, as determined by the channel administrator, you can send text alerts to the channel.

Using the keyword

1. Send a text message to shortcode: 67283 (MRAVE).
2. In the body of the message, include the channel keyword*, a space after the keyword, followed by your message.
   "e.g. - "TennisClub Hi everyone!"
   * The group keyword is the "code word" you will use to send text messages to your channel from the text message function of your phone. Rave uses this code to figure out how to route the messages to the right group of people.

Note: Only channel administrators and authorized contributors can send messages to a channel.

Send message from getrave.com

1. Launch www.getrave.com/login/stedwards from your phone's web browser.
2. Enter username and password.
3. Select Login. Press OK.
4. Select My Groups link. Press OK.
5. Select Group you want to send a message. Press OK.
6. Select Post a Message link. Press OK.
7. Enter message.
8. Select Post msg. Press OK.
