Receiving Channel Alerts

How do I receive channel alerts?

You can receive alerts from the channels you belong to via text message and/or your preferred email address.

1. Click on the My Channels tab.
2. Click on the My Channels link in the sub-navigation.
3. The My Channels page lists the channels you belong to. Next to each channel are buttons available that allow you to select the way you want to be alerted for that particular channel.
   

• If you would like to receive alerts from a channel via a text message, click on the button associated with that channel under the Alert me by: text column (will display OFF). The button should now be highlighted and read ON.
• If you would like to receive alerts from a channel via email, click on the button associated with that channel under the "Alert me by: Email" column (will display OFF). The button should now be highlighted and read ON.
